What is Limited Access vs. Full Access?
Limited Access Registration provides you with access to your email, billing summary, custom support and service management.
Full Access Registration provides you with additional robust management of voice mail,calls, logs and full billing details.
Obtaining Full Access can be completed by:
1) Requesting a 4 digin PIN from Verizon once Limited Accss Registration is complete.
(OR)
2) Connecting to My Business using your Verizon Internet connection at your business.
How do I protect my user ID and passwrod?
Important reminders:
Don't select "Keep me signed in" on a public or shared computer
Select the sign out link anytime you want to end automatic sign in
Don't leave your computer unattended in a public place
Password protect your computer and use a locking screen saver
